Are you a dreamer? Do you have a dream sitting on your shelf gathering dust? Do you want to take that dream down off the shelf and finally get it done?

Maybe you’re looking for a change in your life. Maybe you’re disapponted at not having accomplished what you’d hoped to accomplish by now. Maybe you’re just plain. tired of not going anywhere and going there fast.

If any of these describe you, then you will be as excited as I am about my special program for women who feel as though life is passing them by but they don’t know what to do about it.

Dream Achievers is a Mastermind group of success-minded women who help one another achieve success. Based on the Scripture verse that “iron sharpens iron,” the Dream Achievers Mastermind Group meets monthly via Zoom to brainstorm ideas for helping one another become all that God has created us to be.

Participation in the Dream Achievers Mastermind Group requires the following:

1. COMMITMENT
Attend every monthly meeting unless it is impossible to do so or you have an emergency.

The purpose of a mastermind group is to pool together our ideas, thoughts, and experiences to benefit the others in the group. Our foundational Scripture verse is “As Iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another” (Proverbs 27: 17). If you are not present, you are depriving the other members of your valuable input. This is not a loving thing to do and goes against our purpose for being a mastermind group. It has been shown that mastermind groups whose members are not fully committed to one another will eventually fail.

2. ACCOUNTABILITY

a) Be accountable first to yourself by assuming responsibility both for achieving your goals and for not achieving your goals.

Ultimately, success is a decision one makes on a personal basis. A mastermind group helps a member to hold fast to that personal decision. When a member achieves a goal, all members applaud that member. When a member does not achieve a goal, all members help that member to explore the reasons for not achieving the goal and offer suggestions for achieving the goal.

b) Be accountable to one another by fulfilling your commitment to the group.

The power of a mastermind group resides in doing one’s part as a member of the group. This means attending all meetings, being accountable to one’s goals, reporting on one’s personal progress toward one’s goals, and giving feedback to the other members of the group. Accountability creates a structure of responsibility that helps all members achieve their goals more quickly and solidly. While the facilitator is not the boss by any means, the facilitator’s responsibility is to hold members accountable for the benefit of the entire group.

3. COLLABORATION

Goals are accomplished more easily when members collaborate and contribute to one another’s success by giving feedback and respect.

4. FEEDBACK

Members of a mastermind group are willing to give and receive advice. This willingness aids greatly in improving the methods for achieving member goals. There is power in the sharing of ideas and advice.

5. SUPPORT

Members of a mastermind group provide valuable support and encouragement for one another by offering fresh perspectives on situations, practical help when possible, and advice that clarifies problems. As believers in Jesus Christ, Maranatha Masterminds have the added advantage of praying for one another through the power of God.

6. RESOURCES

Mastermind groups provide resources and information to help members achieve their goals.

7. STRUCTURE

Meetings are organized and optimized around a specific agenda. This structure minimizes confusion, tangents, and running overtime.

Admission to Dream Achievers is by application only. In order to apply, you will need to qualify as follows:

1. Be Self-Motivated. This means you want to change badly enough to do something about it and to do it on a consisten basis for three months.

2. Be willing to invest in yourself. This means that youa re willing to spend about three hours a week for three moenths growing yourself as a person.

3. Have a big dream! This means that you have a work yet to fulfill on this earth but you don’t know quite how to fulfill it.

4. Be willing and available to meet with me via Zoom one hour per week in a group coaching setting.

APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO DREAM ACHIEVERS

NOTE: Participation in the Dream Achievers Mastermind Group is limited to seven women. If more than seven women wish to participate, new groups of seven members each will be formed to accommodate the need. A new group will form at the start of each new quarter.

The yearly cost to participate in the Dream Achieves Mastermind Group is $1200 payable annually or $100 per month paid monthly.
