PRICING

My goal as a Coach is to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. To help you achieve that goal, I offer several coaching options:

Half-Hour Sessions: $60

One-Hour Sessions: $120

The number of sessions depends entirely on you. Some clients like to be coached weekly; others, bi-weekly. Coaching works best with either of these two options since results are achieved more quickly.

Coaching sessions can continue until you fell you have achieved your coaching goals. Most clients reach their goals after six months of coacing. Some, after three months, and still others after a year or more. The length of time depends on your needs and your satisfaction.

Coaching is done by telepnone or Zoom calls and includes unlimited email correspondence between sessions. The client receives a prep form before each sessio and a follow-up, summary report after each session.

Dr. MaryAnn also offers group coaching sessions by telephone or via Zoom for individuals who share a common interest (such as aspiring writers, moms of teens or toddlers, young adults starting out in life, middle-aged people wanting to change careers, etc.).

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to a session except in the case of an emergency. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a charge for the session.

It is admivsable to commit to coaching for a minimum period of three months for maximum benefit. Fewer sessions, nowever, are gladly offered and can be very productive.

Former clients may schedule “booster sessions” on a one-time basis for specific needs.

GROUP COACHING

Coaching groups meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The cost to each member of a coaching group is 50% off the regular rate for individual coaching. For instance, the individual coaching rate of $480 per month for four hours of coaching would cost $240 for a member of a coaching group. Groups are limited to seven participants.
